Refund and Returns Policy

At Bhakti Bhawna (owned & operated by Aumnova Commerce, a GST registered proprietorship), your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and pack every spiritual product, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bhaktibhawna.com or on +91 9053947441

Proof Required

To process your request smoothly, we recommend providing a full unboxing video along with clear photos of the product and shipping label.

👉 If you don’t have a video, please share clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging. Our team will review and guide you further.

Conditions for Return

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
Returns are not accepted for personal preferences (e.g. size, color tone, or minor variations).

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, etc.).
Refunds are processed within 4–5 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
The time for the refund to reflect depends on your bank/payment provider.

Replacements & Exchanges

We will first try to offer a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (subject to stock availability).
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Exchange for another product may be offered if mutually agreed.

Return Process

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (email or phone).
Provide proof (video/photos).
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup by courier or share the return address.
After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.
